Lucie Kunzová Filimonova (* 23.7.1979 v Náchodě) Dcera středoškolského učitele Jaroslava Vaisara a výtvarnice Věry Koudelákové byla od útlého věku vedena k lásce k umění matkou Věrou. V roce 1990, tedy v jedenácti letech nad ní převzal profesionální péči Ak. mal. Ivo Švorčík. Poté absolvovala SUPŠ v Turnově jako umělecký rytec kovů (1995 -1999). Prohloubila si zde své znalosti v kresbě, malbě i plastice pod vedením Ak. soch. Pavla Brožka a Ak. soch Jaroslava Marka. Po ukončení studia pracovala jako umělecká designerka keramiky, tři roky vyučovala výtvarnou výchovu s metodikou na střední škole, soukromě pak portrét a figurální kresbu. Nyní se plně věnuje tvorbě ve svém atelieru v Mladé Boleslavi, kde také nadále vede k umění nejen mladé lidi. Lucie se zúčastnila desítek autorských a kolektivních výstav. Její obrazy a sochy najdete v uměleckých sbírkách domů po celém světě. V roce 2012 natočila režisérka Hana Pinkavová o Lucii dokument České Televize z cyklu Úděl nadání. Je prvním českým umělcem ve „Vatikánu pravoslaví“, ve Velkém Lavra Belltower v Kyjevě a laureátem identifikačního kódu Slovenska pro rok 2018.

„Středem výtvarného zájmu Lucie Filimonové je člověk. Je fascinována krásou těla i duše. Obdivuje dynamické funkční uspořádání, jeho tvary a křivky. Duše v těle ukrytá problikává v mihotavých okamžicích. Některé náměty k ní přicházejí ve snu. Zdálo by se že je pouze stačí zachytit na plátno. Lucie miluje dílo francouzského symbolisty Odilona Redona. V duchu symbolismu se na jejích obrazech často objevují okřídlení lidé, kteří jsou spíše Ikary, nežli anděly. S oblibou zobrazuje kompozitní bytosti, mytologické bytosti a bohy. Jsou pro ni vždy symbolem vztahu mezi světy. Lucie má ráda ruskou portrétní školu, do jejích portrétů ale vždy vstupuje symbolika. Její portréty nejsou nikdy pouhým popisem.“

That story from a parental home was about an artist who started to create driven by the strong feeling to express herself otherwise, by the speechless desire to tell the everyone what is important. It was the identity of experiences from childhood and youth, impression of the phenomena that have always been important for us, message of love, those are the stories, which are reflected in the author’s pictures. The same question lies there. Who are we actually and what fascinates us? Still the same answer; search and maybe you will find it.
Life from her paintings has been entering our lives for a long time. They captivate, motivate, speak to us. Narrativity of her work bears a never to be forgotten expression, which belongs to the top in art. The author is Lucie Filimonova and she is a fine artist who creates the present cultural values.
The contemporary art is mixture of prettiness and emptiness, complicated incomprehensible uselessness, but also creative harmony of expressive quality, involved in its original purpose – sovereign skill in art techniques and composition procedures. Further, there is an idea and originality. Emotion is a messenger of the experience from picture also today. Without exaggeration, these qualities are joined in the work by Lucie Filimonova.
Each of her paintings or pictures bears a fabulous dream, psychology of personality or imminent love. That is why her work refers so much to humanism. The author’s studio is full of humanity because we need it. Further I would like to emphasize that her work is very contemporary for its dominant emphasis on a thought or idea. On the other hand it shakes of the contemporariness with its precise reality that draws attention of all kinds of people and makes them enter the realm of intellectuals.
Lucie participated tens of individual and collective exhibitions. Her works can be found in art collections home and abroad. Lately she exhibited her works as the first Czech artist in “Vatican of orthodoxy”, the Great Lavra Belltower in Kiev. She is a laureate of the Identification Code of Slovakia for 2018. She lives and works in Mladá Boleslav.
Actually, as well as looking for answers, her story will never end. She is like a messenger of knowledge on the path where good from evil must be distinguished.
